Dear Patients,
Some of you may be experiencing difficulty when calling our surgery due to the new automated telephone service. Please do not worry too much about not selecting the “correct option”. As long as you have attempted to follow through, we should be getting your message, and if we need to call you back to discuss, we will! The purpose of this is to help to direct some calls without the need of human input, but we know that is not for everyone. We still have the human touch once we received your message. We are working tirelessly to refine this, hoping to cater for all of our patients, whilst keeping up with the current NHS directives, meeting the demands and keeping to the budget. We do appreciate your suggestions, positive or negative, in order to further improve the service. Please keep them coming. This development is rapidly changing depending on your feedback until we find a happy medium for us all, but we will try to keep any disruption and inconvenience to the minimum possible level.
