Who else might you speak to at the Practice?

We also have Anthony,  Attiyya and Neelam working for us remotely via CallCare Ltd. The reason we have this remote team is so we can be more focus in your call handling with the aim to improve the service we provide for you as patient. All calls are recorded.

They work the same way as our in-house reception team, following the same practice policies and processes.
