Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, handling patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.

We also have Anthony, Attiyya and Neelam working for us remotely via CallCare Ltd. They work the same way as our in-house reception team, following the same practice policies (in addition to CallCare Ltd policies) and processes. Data protection and confidentiality policies are strictly followed, just as our in-house reception team. We have received the relevant GDPR compliance/Data Protection/DPIA documents from CallCare Ltd. The reason we have this remote team is so we can be more focus in your call handling with the aim to improve the service we provide for you as patient. All calls are recorded.
